A Passing Cloud
Overview
A Passing Cloud: the Communion of Artistic Spirituality Uncountably many different worlds are unfolded under the same sky. Through art, diverse worlds converge, and viewers can share the perspectives of the artists. Our exhibition is centered around ten artists of diverse nationalities whose works encompass abstraction and realism, emphasizing the manifold expression of spirituality and idealism. Cen Long (China), an artist well-known in Taiwan, creates works with humanitarian dimensionality and thought- provoking moral sentiments. Alberto Alvarez (Argentine) seeks to express the freedom of the soul by combining memory and imagination, thus opening up an exploration of a space for freedom. Yasuko Hayashi (Japan) portrays her deep reverence and profound admiration for nature with the unique techniques of Japanese painting, capturing the spiritual and divine aspects of nature with the ephemeral qualities of her work. Natasha Perekhodenko (Ukraine) has worked on translating her experience transitioning from wartime Ukraine to peaceful Germany with bold and passionate abstract expressions. Her paintings are testimonies to her rebirth, which she in turn wishes could also inspire her viewers. Chiu Dou (Taiwan) on the other hand, expresses his artistic intentions with a purely abstract language. In his paintings, one can trace the itinerary of his heart, through buildings, grasslands, and oceans. Colors blended with the stony gray of charcoal lines create a sensual world of warmth and tenderness. Beatriz Martin Vidal (Spain) paints of her passion and her dreams, interweaving reality and fantasy in wondrous verisimilitudes. Tibor Simon-Mazula (Spain) explores the essence of existence through unconventional perspectives that capture the openness with which his characters reveal their being. The moments, slices of stillness in the continuity of motion, are like the shadow of a sun dial, quietly existing, solidly persisting in time. Roman Nogin (Ukraine/Spain) paints love in the time of war…. Sensitive to the love and embrace he felt under the sky of Spain, hope is born from his works. His works are odes to joy and hope sung under the night sky. Volodymyr Nosan has stayed in Ukraine, living under the constant threat of war. Courage and love, hope and sorrows have imparted their marks on his works. Through constant difficulties, he has grown. Safina Ksenia (Ukraine) is on the road. From one city to another, she pursues hope and peace’s fleeting appearance in these turbulent times. Her paintings have always been about the journey of the mind – a metaphysical game; and the travels she has undertaken have made their marks on her thoughts and works, which leverage her new experiences through complex expressions and puzzles. Hann Art Agency has promoted aesthetics predicated on the simple and sincere expressions of emotions and the immanence of truth, goodness, and beauty for over a decade. The artworks represented by Hann Art thus are selected for their originality, authenticity, and meaningfulness, qualities especially valuable in the rapid pace of modern society. We wish to present contemporary collections that are more sustaining than the mere fashionable, works that can continuously enrich and nurture the spirit of its beholder.
