Born in 1976, Kharkov, Ukriane. Nogin holds a master’s in mural and decorative art from the Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts. Nogin is a member of the Union of the Artists of Ukraine. Since 2001, Nogin’s works have been exhibited in Europe, the United States, and Asia. His works have been auctioned by Christie’s in London.

Nogin’s style is characterized by expressionism and his insistence on form, which follows from an artful fusion of the decorative, the subjective, and the intuitive. Nogin enjoys building his aesthetic idealistically with cultural symbols and modes.
